The questions a driver or partner should ask.
Is PriceYourMotor a car buying service?
Not by default. It compares FIX, SELL and CHANGE before routing the customer into a commercial action.
Can PriceYourMotor tell me to keep the car?
Yes. KEEP or FIX can be the strongest route.
Can a buyer pay to make SELL look stronger?
The product should not allow that. Decision logic and commercial fulfilment must remain separate.
Is a vehicle valuation an offer?
No. An estimate should remain visibly different from a genuine executable offer.
Why include recent repair spend?
Because today's quote can look reasonable while cumulative ownership cost tells a different story.
What if I have a dangerous MOT defect?
Safety comes first. A qualified garage should determine roadworthiness before financial optimisation.
Why would I get another repair quote?
Only when a different quote could materially change the decision.
Does PriceYourMotor sell my data?
The product should use permissioned data only for the service and clearly disclosed partner handoffs. Raw customer data is not the strategic product.
What is My Car?
A persistent decision area where the vehicle, current result, evidence and next actions stay together.
Is this live today?
This is a prototype concept. Partner integrations, live valuations and fulfilment would need production development.
