1. About this website
This website provides information about a developing UK vehicle-selling platform and allows users to submit preliminary enquiries. The current Phase 1 service does not provide live valuations, dealer bidding, guaranteed offers, collection bookings or completed vehicle transactions.
2. Using the enquiry forms
You should provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including vehicle condition and any material issues. Do not upload identity documents, payment credentials or other unnecessary personal documents.
3. No binding offer
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a purchase offer, valuation guarantee, purchase agreement, reservation or obligation for either party to transact.
4. Buyer and valuation services
Future offers may be conditional on verification, availability, inspection, legal ownership and finance status. The parties, charges, any reassessment process and payment/collection obligations will be defined in separate, approved terms when the services become operational.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent enquiries, malicious files, information about vehicles you have no authority to discuss or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may reject or remove harmful submissions.
6. Availability
The service may be amended or suspended during development. We do not promise that every enquiry will be answered by a buying partner or result in an offer.
